Mods can post as board BOT when colsing topics

I am looking for a mod where the mods and admins can post they closed a topic as a certen member because most of the time my staff gets harrased by the topic starter or members that have posted in that topic. I would like to make it where they don't know who closed the topic. but give a reason on why the topic was closed
