I would like a simple list mod, with link approval if it's possible.

Just as you see here: http://www.402m.com/links.php

But with mysql support, that one is just pure html.

And if it's possible, a link at the bottom for users "send a link" or something, and a then it has to be approved by mods/admins before it's listed.

Is it possible?

A ACP option would be nice. With the possibility to add categories/links etc.
