Post Edit box background

We have upgraded to 3.5.5 on route to 3.6.1, one issue which isn't apparent when a user edits a post (admin, mod or self) the edit box has a background colour by default white rather than the forum css background which it always previously had any suggestions as to how to change the edit post editor background colour?
