Need to Add Another Tag > Watch a Modification for Future

Hi

There are two options available either install or uninstall a modification... But there are many hacks which I at present may not install but would like to keep an eye on them for the future. If there could a option to select a tag like "Watch" which when i can click from Quick Links menu and generates list of hacks i am watching for future review.
