Make Avatars Smaller Details »»

hello, I installed this arcade & im very pleased with it. One probaly I have is that on my forum I allow users to have avatars sized 250x250 ( yes, i know that big..haha ) but with avatars this size. It kinda throws the whole look of the arcade off because the avatars offset the arcades set up.
My question is, is there a way that i can make users avatars show up like lets say 75x75 although thier avatars are 250x250? Thanks for any help. On a side note. Im running ibProArcade v2.5.6+ Show Your Support
