Go to Admincp => vBulletin Options
In vBulletin Options, find Date and Time Options and click Edit Settings for that. Under Format for time, change accordingly. http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php this will allow you to decide how to display various times for your forums. |

It should be immediate... make sure you saved your changes, and it was saved to the "Time Format" box as opposed to "Date Format"
FYI I used: h:i:s A and it worked immediately. |
