is it possible that i could add a field in the edit userprofile in the control panel that shows the password and i could change it anytime? this would be usefull for those usere that dont use a certain email anymore that lost there password. IF this is possible, can someone give me the code for it to work?

There is a variable for you to set in config.php which will allow this.
