How Do i shrink Vbulletins display?

I have no moved vbulletin over to work with joomla however whn i use a wrapper the forum is soo big and it cuts off the page and i remember there was a way you can lower the display percentage of vbulletin froums and it will make the forum display smaller. I forgot where though any idea where? Thanks in advance!
