Not sure what "hack" or whatever did this but when I go to view who's online this is what I see. (See attached pic)

I've disabled all plugins and tried that way but had no luck and then was told to rename my .htaccess and I couldn't figure out what they meant and the person never got back to me.

SO any idea's how to help me out?

Bumping to show that even on 3.6.1 skins I STILL get this problem.

Once again turning off the plugins & reuploading a skin does nothing to help this.
