staff page mod?

I saw it in the mods section and did not tap the install button - but I want to try it now and have gone back and I cannot for the life of me find it - it was a 3.5 mod. Did anyone tap install or remember the mod i'm talking about and can point me in the right direction?

I searched like crazy and cannot find it. grrrr
