Random rss feed poster

Jake Bunce reccomended I post here, http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=200870 so .. yeah.

Basically I need a way too select a random member and post the rss instead of one user all the time, can one of you clever people do this for me, I dunno what is usually offered but I'll place
