lost text controls on reply module

hi, some days ago, without installing anything new, i've got my text controls disappeared from reply and quick reply module as shown in the sshoot attached.

can anyone help me on getting those features back?

I had a similar, though not identical problem. No options at all were showing on either quick reply and full reply boxes. I fixed it by running SQL query on it.

Admincp->maintenance->executeSQLquery. from the drop down select Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor Toolbar and then run the query.

sadly this won't helped at all i'll try with somethin else, in case of massive failure i'll wipe all out and start over again with a fresh install + DB restore :/
