Why is it still showing as unlisenced? Its been like it for some time now. Yes I did put my email *emailed remove by staff* into the box

It can take up to an hour for the licensed status to update. Also, double check that the email recored in your vBulletin.com Member Area is identical to the one you have posted here.

The e-mails are case sensitive as well, if it still hasn't updated in a few hours, and your are sure your e-mail here is identical to vb.com then you will need to contact vb.com support, we have no access to licence records to check.
