[HELP] I got this error when setting up a tournament...what does it mean? Thanks!

I just setup my first tournament...using the userids...it worked fine, but after I clicked submit I still got this error. I checked the arcade, and it does list the players waiting to go...so is this bad? I'm a newbie at understand the mySQL stuff. Thanks!

Thanks! The tournament ran fine...I've only isntalled ibProArcade once...had no issues upon install. Appreciate the help, though!
