A different approach to custom user titles?

I need to accomplish something along the lines of this for a particular group of users:

User Name - Text (text string, particular to that user)
User Title - Link (text string particular to that user, linked to a URL)
Link (text string particular to that user, linked to a URL)

Would there be a way to add additional (perhaps non-displayed) fields to the signature or user account and then call those variables based on user group?
