It was moved while a possible bug was checked - last months winner seemed to be in the poll again - but it it turned out to be the 3.6 version in this months, and the 3.5 version won last months. The poll is now back.

Well, a mod is a mod and it's entry and winning should span all versions. IMO

Personally I happen to agree, but there is no rule against it (indeed, two versions of the v3 arcade have won in the past).
