How to create a Scheduled Task to update counters

I would like to create a scheduled task to "Update User Titles and Ranks" twice a day.

Whick code should I put in the scheduled task?

sorry to excavate an old thread, but I'd like to know, too!

You don't need to run the script unless you have changed the user titles/ranks. And even then, you only need to run it once.
