Delete, Move Thread - Subtract points from user?

When my Moderator delete or move a thread, i want to subtract points from user (author of that thread).

How to do?

author of the thread? then just delete the authors post and then their points will be automatically taken away and their post count.

i don't think so. It isn't automatically!

i tested on my forum (many times).
