limit moderator to specific forum/subforum

Its been a couple years and there's been lots of talk but nothing ever has come of it. I could really use a modification which would allow a mod to ban users from the forum/s that they moderate but not the whole site (unless they have permission for that).

That would be useful i agree. But i have yet to see anything like that.

For now you'll just have to use the access masks
