Restrict BBcode per forum

Is there a hack that will do this?

Usergroup A - Allow to post in forum A and B. Allow them to post BBcode in forums A but not forum B.

Usergroup B - llow to post in forum A and B. Allow them to post BBcode in forums A and B.

Basically I want to either allow/restrict BB Code on a per forum basis.
