Hello ,
I want to Set permissions Per User. ( Vbulletin Version : 3.5.4 )
For Example a limit for "User1" for Create Topics , i do'nt want to create new User Gropus , I have Many Forums With Different permissions then if i create more User Groups I must Change All Forum Permissions.
In Vbulletin.org Forums I do'nt Find any hack For User Permissions.
I want To Change Permissions For Each User.

I need something so I can give one of my mods some Admin permissions.

Is there anything out there?
