Blank Screen on Install

I attempted to do an upgrade after upgraded vb to 3.6 but to no avail. It just shows up a blank screen.

What I've done so far:
* Searched here for same issue.
* I've checked permissions and they're ok.
* Made sure no old version of v3arcade could be messing with it.
* Full uninstall and fresh install.

I can visit the arcade admin with no problems but if I attempt to goto the arcade itself all I ever get is that blank screen.

I'd really appreciate your help as it was a popular part of the community.
