v3 Arcade problems

When i try to install a new game for v3 Arcade i get this error

im not sure whats wrong or if im even doing it right. i upload all the files into the proper directories and browse "ForumRoot/admincp/pacman.game.php" and that is when i get that error. Please help, thanks
