I don't know if this has been suggested already or not, but what about a quick reply multiquote hack.

Lest say you select a bunch of posts using the built in multiquote hack in vb 3.6 well instead of going into the advanced reply page all the selected posts can be automatically added as quotes to the quickreply box by clicking a button or selecting a checkbox, something like that.

Xenon wrote this hack to do that for 3.0.x, and deathemperor ported it for 3.5.x, but some people on the latter thread have complained that the port doesn't work with 3.6.x, and deathemperor seems to have abandoned it.
