i want to delete 1 phrase in phrase manager..anyone know?

Find the Phrase -- there's a Delete button above it.

Any info on how to do this in 3.7? This button doesn't show up...

Most likely, you have to enable debug mode for it to show up.

To the end of your config.php file. Make sure you don't delete a default vBulletin phrase though.
