Banned List

Hi I own a MOHAA server and we need a banned list for people who have been banned from the server.

I was thinking about user permissions to access the banned list and add to the banned list.

This list will contain "User That Banned | Banned Users Name | Banned IP | Reason"

Can someone make this for me in their spare time please?
