sorry for the hebrew and i want it to be like in her, that the username and all the things in the upper part will be in the right\left side.
i am using 3.6

To place them on the left side, go to

vB Options > Styles and Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit

Set this to YES and it will display the info on the left side like here.
