Isn't that a ripped version of vB.org's style cause dunno it almost looks like it.

I think it's a stock theme. I saw tens of forums use something like that .. Anyway.. I would try to use other colours to get closer to a "clan" look. Try to put some images in the header to let people "feel" the topic better. A lot of customization could be done in order to have a better branding for the site.
