Spacing Issues with new Styles. . .

I have made a few attempts at installing and then using several ready-made style for my forum. Two in particular; the Epic and the Ipod styles for version 3.6.0. Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck with either of them. Each one does install allright and is viewable, but they are skewed for some reason. Each and every skin I have tried does the same thing, so I have to assume it is a misconfiguration on my part. And I have no idea how to remedy it.

Here is the way the popular Ipod style shows up on my boards:


Notice how the very top is displayed correctly, but as you scroll down to the actual boards, the style is then pulled out to the edge of the screen? I would like it fixed at a certain width, all the way down the page, and for some reason it ONLY shows this problem on the main index page. The thread mains, the posts pages, even the PM composing area all look gorgeous.

Can anyone tell by the image and my description what my problem is, and how I can correct it? I have never seen a more beautiful Vbulletin forum skin than this one, and it would absolutely be a personal shame if I cannot use it.

Can you please post the link to your forum then I can have a look at the source code for it to see what is going on there.
