Forum is closed message

Hey, i want to close a certian forun (Forum games) because everyone is posting in that forum, and no where else..

I just want an option in the forum manger where i can choose to or not to close that forum, and display a message witch i can customize in a text box below..


They use this in IPB.

Could you make a text box, where i can create a message to diplay to my users, why they cant post in the forum.
