I'm trying to install vBulletin right now but it keeps freezing
on step 7:

Step 7) Importing Style Information
Importing vbulletin-style.xml
MASTER STYLE
Please Wait

Does anybody know how I can fix this?

Re-upload, overwriting the vbulletin-style.xml file then run step 7 again. Or you can skip step 7 and when you've completed the installation just upload the XML file in Admin CP's Style Manager. If they don't work, post over at vBulletin.com or open a support ticket.
