Blue/Black Style (Classic vB2 version)

This is a port of [name]SaintDog[/name]'s Blue/Black Style for 2.x to work with 3.6, which has been carried out with SaintDog's permission.

This style continues with the vB2 feel and theme while being fully functional on 3.6
