I am converting from IPB to VB - transfer arcade?

Is there any way to keep my high scores and such if I am converting from IPB with this arcade to vbulletin?

I would assume you just copy your tables with the scores in it.

But I would wait till zero gets back from vacation

If you are using ibProArcade v2.5.1 you should be able to keep the scores and, if you want, even the games.

Which vBulletin-Version are you going to use ? 3.6.0 ?

Do it the following way:
1) backup your DB !!!
2) import all tables from ibproarcade to the vbulletin-DB
3) upload all files from ibProArcade v2.5.6+
4) upload the installer.php included in the archive
5) run installer.php?do=override
6) import the product-xml from ibProArcade

Hmm, in looking over the old tables, I'm not sure the member id's are still the same from ipb to vb 3.6.0?

if you lost the userids all scores are waste - then you should reset all scores.

The games should be untouched during transfer, so you can keep them

I still have all the userids they are just off by 1 because I had to create an initial vb account before I imported. I suppose I could subrat 1 from all of the userids in the tables and that should work.

Anyway, are these all the tables? I am going to give it a shot.

gamses_list
games_scores
games_settings

tournament tables were empty.

yes, but ibProArcade v2.5.6+ needs some more tables.

upload the installer.php (look in archive) to your forum's root-dir and execute it -> installer.php?do=override

then it will adapt all tables to fit



Make sure the UserIDs match, otherwise you have to reset all scores!
