I recently installed menu control below my first menu bar,I have also installed a scrolling marquee,which is above my first menu bar,My Question is is it possible to place the marquee between the two,if not I would like to space them apart.I'm new at this and have tried every thing,if there is anyone that can help I would be very grateful.
