Terribly sorry if this is a really old and worn out question - I've tried searching but can't find an answer.

Basically - how do I separate main category areas into separate tables - ie, like done on vbulletin org?

The current code appears used to separate main category areas to leave a space between them:

but I'm afraid I'm not sure which actual templates I need to edit.
