dropdowns dont work on all pages

for some reason my dropdown menus dont work on all pages, i have alot of dropdowns in my navbar, and they dont work, for whatever unimaginable reason.

they dont work on the memberslist, some forums and threads with more then 1 page of replies.

why could that be?
