Move Lastpost Column

What does this do? it moves the lastpost column, kisses it, turns it into a row and puts it underneath your forum description.

this was requested by Albibak, so thank him for the idea

Dunno, didnt workout for me on RC3, i even reverted the templates and did it over to no avail.

I get that error, i thinks it because i have a Seo type script that rewrites the URLS
