vbBux 1.5.8 Ribbons

I've seen a few threads about this but it was said to have been fixed in 1.5.7. Whenever I try to change the Ribbon Cause or even set it as Inactive, after clicking Save Settings -- nothing is saved; the only thing that saves is the Active/Inactive status for the Black Ribbon.
