Basically I want a forum mod that lets users upload/download files on the forum for other people to download. But I also want a cash(vbBuxs?) system so that they have to have x amount of cash to host a file or to download a file.

So what mods can do this?

ecDownloads covers the file download portion and I believe -- not sure, but I believe that ecDownloads Buddy has the capability to "charge" users to download files.
