I'm trying to edit it and change around the 'last post', 'posts' and 'threads' column order - getting something similar to the phpBB setup.

Problem is, the HTML information isn't in the FORUMHOME template and I can't figure out which one it's in. Anyone know?

Have a look at this modification. I think it is what you are looking for.

Align "Last Post" column to the right not left
