vbPlanza - 1.5.8 Problem adding new ribbon

Admincp --> vbPlaza Ribbons --> Add new ribbon

Enter Ribbon Name
Enter Filename (file has been uploaded)
Enter Cause

Select Add New Ribbon

Ger error: You did not enter anything for the Ribbon Description.

Not sure what to do here....
