Usergroup Edit - Copy Settings From Another Usergroup

Can someone make an option for the Usergroup Manager, when you are EDITING an already made usergroup, to allow you to copy settings from one usergroup to another? Or, a form to allow you to copy FROM one usergroup TO a bunch of usergroups? (Excluding the Title, Description, Usertitle, and HTML Markup) I am surprised vBulletin doesn't have this in to begin with...
