Username same as password

On my forum with 60k registered users, there's are alot of them with password same as username, and i have users who are using other people inactive accounts to post images and links and spam etc.

Is there a mod who can check if the existing usernames have the user is the same as the password and move them to a specific usergroup that has permissions only to view the forums?
