Given that many ISP's use proxy servers, meaning many users will appear to have the same ip, are you sure you want to ?

I aggree, this is a drastic measure to take as Paul says, many isp use the same IP addy for many accounts, its the MAC thats different, now...How about a hack that can detect the mac addy
