I would like to add links in member info

I'm hoping to make sense with this. I like how here on vBulletin.org, each member, when they post, has this info in the little box. I'm just learning vB and not sure what it's called:

I'd like to add some info from their profile into this box -- how do I do that? And if so, is it possible to make it clickable to take me to another page?
