My Last posts box - after login in

Is there anything like : My last posts box that will show up posts that belong to logged-in user? Maybe a link or content box with last 5 posts?

Some users are looking for their last posts to rejoin the threads and they need to thoroughly look them up which is time consuming - specially in big forums....

Thank you!!!
