user error - The vbPlaza option you are trying to purchase has an invalid Set Name.

i have a user everytime her logs in gets an error - "The vbPlaza option you are trying to purchase has an invalid Set Name."

and is unable to view anything on the forums. thoughts?

FYI. i "fixed" this issue by creating a new account and merged the old account and new one.

i hope this doesn't happen to more users.

I wonder why it has an invalid setname? Which option were u trying to purchase?

Very same thing happened to an admin of mine.

He had item numbers

128, 127, 124, 4, 5, and 6.

Currently running VB 3.5.4 with vbPlaza installed. First problem I have had.

EDIT: This is a serious problem now. Quite a few of my members are now being locked out and I am pretty much sat here waiting till it is my turn.

Is there any input on this other than me having to set-up a new user and merge them?

is there a fix for this yet? when I create a new category and add items to it, I get that same error when clicking on the item
