Updating Templates

Is there any way or perhaps a hack that you could update several templates from different template sets, or perhaps a way for you to copy a template and paste, with out having to manually do it.

I ask his because I want to use several styles (skins) on my board and each will require a template set, as well as a replacement variable set.
