im looking for a mod that will give right colums for ad space and donation button and maybe the last few posts but i only want this to disply on the forum home and not on every page is there a mod to do this?

check my profile. There is one there for 3.6.0 which will work on 3.5.4 with some modification required.

open the xml in your favorite text editor and remove ALL instances of

Code:

executionorder="5"

save it again and import the xml as a product as normal.
