I just bought an owned license. My main question is where should i go to find out where/what i can modify? For example, i still have the vbulletin logo on the top left of my forums and would like to create my own but i am not sure what i replace and if i use a jpg or something else. Little things like this i would like to modify to make the forums more of my own taste.

in the admin backend, edit your templates. pretty sure the logo is in the "header" template...
